Integrative and Functional Healthcare for Women
What’s included:
1 x 60-75 minute initial appointment
where we’ll go through your intake forms and I will then take a deep dive into specific areas and start to understand which areas of your health are of concern to you. I use an integrative and functional medicine approach including relevant laboratory testing to formulate a treatment protocol for you. This protocol will include nutritional, medical and wellbeing advice and I may refer you to partners in the health and wellbeing space to support you. This may be in the form of yoga, personal training, wellbeing coaching and more.
Email support (up to 3 emails) and 1 x 15 min phone call
for any questions you may have and to review how you’re doing. Between the initial appointment and your follow up, you can get in touch with any questions or encouragement you may need.
1 x 45 minute follow-up appointment
7-8 weeks after your initial appointment to see how things are going and to make a long-term plan going forward.
Option to add on further follow-up appointments
if necessary we can arrange further follow up as needed.

Everything you need to know before getting started
Integrative medicine uses an evidence based approach to treat the whole person. It is designed to look at your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs and as a result uses a combination of therapies. It will integrate conventional and complementary therapies to offer a personalised plan to optimal health.
Functional medicine is a systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. Each symptom or differential diagnosis may be one of many contributing to an individual's illness. As the graphic illustrates, a diagnosis can be the result of more than one cause.
When you book a session with me, I will spend time reviewing your intake forms prior to your appointment followed by a 75 minute appointment with you taking a deep dive into your life/health/past history. This level of detail will enable me to formulate a bespoke plan for you which may involve additional investigations followed by a completely personalised treatment protocol which may include nutritional, medical, supplement and wellbeing support.
Costs vary but prices start from £ for an initial appointment, email support, and follow up consultation. Laboratory tests are charged separately.
You do not need a referral from your GP but I would always encourage you to allow me to share information with your GP so that they can hold complete records of any care you have received.
The main focus of the initial consultation is for me to hear your story, and understand your priorities and health concerns. I will then explore specific areas of your history and start to formulate a plan of care which resonates with you. From there, we will arrange any investigations needed and I will then follow up with a detailed treatment protocol for you.
